Mortgage rate forecast for next 3 years

30 year rates are 7.6% today. Here are the Mortgage Bankers Association forecast for the next 3 years. A slower decrease than they had been projecting but at least still decreasing. As you can see its into the first quarter of 2024 before rates start to come down.
